Waterwide offer a comprehensive cleaning and disinfection service to all types of water systems, such as cooling towers, chillers, water storage tanks etc., in full compliance with ACoP L8 and BS8558:2015, for the following:

• Cooling water system cleaning as part of the cooling / chilled water treatment contract
• Clean and disinfection of domestic water tanks as a result of adverse sampling results where causes for concern have been identified (such as positive Legionella results, faecal contamination etc.)
• Pre-commissioning clean
• System de-commissioning
• In-line disinfection
• Online disinfection

As part of this service, the following will be provided:

• Site specific health and safety risk assessments and method statements
• COSHH information for all chemicals to be used during the clean and disinfection process
• Full report containing digital photographs of the clean and disinfection process
• Log sheet detailing chemicals used and quantities, contact time of chemicals and any comments required
• Condition report for each aspect of the system, highlighting any non-conformances or advice for replacement / repair
• Certificate of disinfection
• Online access to the full clean and disinfection report & certificate of disinfection
