Danny is the founder of Waterwide, establishing the company in 1995 with a clear vision to deliver high-quality, reliable water treatment solutions. His leadership and entrepreneurial drive were instrumental in shaping Waterwide into the trusted and respected organisation it is today.
Although now retired from day-to-day operations, Danny remains closely connected to the business. With decades of experience and an exceptional depth of knowledge in the water treatment industry, he continues to be a valued source of guidance and insight.
Wanda is a long-standing partner of Waterwide, having joined the business in 2001 and playing a pivotal role in its growth and operational excellence over the years. A Six Sigma Black Belt in Quality Assurance, Wanda brought a rigorous, data-driven approach to process improvement, helping to strengthen standards and deliver consistent results across the organisation. Now retired from day-to-day operations, she remains a respected figure within the company, recognised for her leadership, expertise, and lasting contribution to Waterwide’s development.
Mark is a Partner and the Operations Director. He has been with the company since 1997, playing a key role in shaping its growth, operational excellence, and technical expertise.
With a background in chemistry, Mark began his career in the water industry at just 19, bringing decades of hands-on experience and deep scientific understanding to his work. His career reflects a rare combination of technical knowledge, practical problem-solving, and strategic leadership.
At Waterwide, Mark oversees operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivering practical, science-led solutions to clients. His long tenure and commitment to the industry have made him a trusted authority, both within the company and across the sector.

Adam is the Operations Manager at Waterwide, having joined the company in 2008. He began his career supporting clean and disinfection works, gaining valuable hands-on experience before steadily progressing through the organisation. Over the years, Adam has developed a deep understanding of operational delivery, earning his current leadership role through dedication and expertise.
Today, he oversees the team of Account Managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards across all procedures. In addition to managing operational performance, Adam looks after his own portfolio of customers, building strong relationships and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Carina is the Systems & Office Manager at Waterwide, having joined the company in 2010 as an Administrator. She has built a strong reputation for her organisational ability and attention to detail, leading to increased responsibility within the business.
Over the years, Carina has played a key role in supporting the company’s growth, overseeing office operations and the office administration team, and managing internal systems to ensure efficiency and consistency across the organisation. She also drives the implementation of new software systems to improve and streamline operational performance. Carina can also be seen on site from time to time, making her an all-round team player within the business.
